Gallery Information:

Since I always like to get to know the area I visit a little better, we decided to have a day trip on the island of Ko Samui.
We started our trip at Wat Plai Laem, where you can see plenty of nice statues like green-skinned Indra or Budai in a beautiful surrounding.
Then we went on to Wat Phra Yai, maybe better known as the Big Buddha. It's considered one of the main attractions on Samui. The premises are really nice and you also have a good lookout point.
Other stops on the trip were the Mummified Monk (Wat Khunaram), Chaweng Lookout Point, Lamai Beach, interestingly shaped Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks,Secret Buddha Garden and Paradise Park Farm. In between we had a small adventure on the rooftop of a large pickup truck going to the Na Muang Waterfalls.
We finished our beautiful day at scenic Virgin Coast Restaurant.
